Erin Navarro has extensive experience in customer service and management roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Customer Success Coordinator at Natura since January 2018, Erin previously worked at Journey Church in the Children's Ministry from April 2016 to October 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where responsibilities involved resolving customer concerns and overseeing sales and service programs. Erin's earlier roles also include Supervisor at Ross Stores, Inc., Front End Manager at La Quinta/Holiday Inn Express, and Sanitation Coordinator at La Vista Retirement Apartment Homes. Erin pursued a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at the University of Phoenix, nearly completing the program, and holds a High School Diploma from Henry Foss High School.
