Caroline Vela is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and education. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Natura since February 2022, Caroline also works as a Recruiter for DickiesĀ®, a VF Company, since May 2019, focusing on authentic workwear solutions globally. Previous roles include Technical Recruiter at Aerotek from September 2016 to May 2019 and Search Consultant at Merritt Hawkins, where Caroline specialized in recruiting healthcare professionals.
