Rebecca Greenwell is a seasoned professional in the field of human factors and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Human Factors Specialist at NATS since November 2015. Prior to this role, Rebecca held positions as a Human Factors Consultant at EDF Energy and a Senior Consultant at Gentoo Group Limited, where strategic development of a high-performance coaching culture was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as a Facilitator at Sentis, focusing on sustainable change in leadership and safety, and as an Organisational Development Consultant at Northumbria Healthcare Trust, where Rebecca enhanced clinical teams through simulation-based training and coaching. Earlier in the career, Rebecca worked as an Occupational Psychologist with the National Policing Improvement Agency, delivering psychometric assessments and training services to the police force.
