Rebecca Greenwell is a seasoned professional in the field of human factors and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Human Factors Specialist at NATS since November 2015. Prior to this role, Rebecca held positions as a Human Factors Consultant at EDF Energy and a Senior Consultant at Gentoo Group Limited, where strategic development of a high-performance coaching culture was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes serving as a Facilitator at Sentis, focusing on sustainable change in leadership and safety, and as an Organisational Development Consultant at Northumbria Healthcare Trust, where Rebecca enhanced clinical teams through simulation-based training and coaching. Earlier in the career, Rebecca worked as an Occupational Psychologist with the National Policing Improvement Agency, delivering psychometric assessments and training services to the police force. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of York.
