Mark McDonald has extensive experience in project management and operational roles within NATS since November 1996, currently serving as the PMO Manager, responsible for establishing and ensuring adherence to project management standards, as well as compiling project data for management review. Prior roles include Project Manager, focused on delivering Airspace changes, and Deputy Project Manager, leading Acceptance Panels for Software Delivery Projects, collaborating with various stakeholders. Mark also served as Project Planner, Simulator Specialist, and Simulator Assistant, contributing to project scheduling, simulator operations, and training within the organization. Earlier in their career, Mark served as a Leading Seaman Radar Operator in the Royal Navy from March 1988 to November 1996, following their education at Keith Grammar School from 1984 to 1987.
