Elizabeth Chau has extensive work experience in the aviation industry, starting as a Summer Intern at the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore in 2010 and 2011. Elizabeth then held roles as a Final Year Project Student at Arup in 2013. Elizabeth later joined the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore as Deputy Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager. In 2020, Elizabeth became the Head of UTM Strategic Development at NATS and later served as Co-Chair of GlobeAll. Currently, they are a Senior Future of Flight Policy Officer at the Department for Transport in the United Kingdom.
Elizabeth Chau completed their A levels at Raffles Institution in 2007-2008, studying Economics, Physics, Chemistry, Maths, H3 Physics (Uni level), Project work, Chinese, and General Paper. Elizabeth then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering at Imperial College London from 2009 to 2013. In the years following their formal education, Elizabeth obtained various certifications in European Business Law, Project Management, Safety Management, Business Contract Law, and Instrument Procedures Design.
