Dylan DiBona has worked in the creative industry for over 20 years. In 1999, they founded Seven Ten Split Interactive, a successful digital agency focused on utilizing emerging digital technology as a key ingredient in integrated campaign development. In 2002, they joined Publicis London as Associate Creative Director and Head of Design. After two years, they moved to McCann Worldgroup as Vice President, Group Creative Director, where they oversaw the creative development for national and global campaigns. In 2009, they became Creative Director at Gawker and launched a new division focused on realizing platform-native, integrated brand advertising programs. Dylan then joined Hearst Magazines in 2010 as Creative Director, Strategic Brand Integration, where they worked at a new intersection of commercial and editorial. In 2013, they became Creative Director at John McNeil Studio, where they oversaw creative development, design, and production of integrated advertising and branded content campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. In 2016, they joined Twitter as Creative Director and developed global brand advertising and branded content campaigns. In 2017, they joined Monday and Partners as Managing Partner, Creative Director, and in 2021 they became Brand Lead at Natrx | Adaptive Infrastructure.
Dylan DiBona attended Tulane University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and English.
