Jose Ignacio Gomez Zavala has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Jose Ignacio has held various leadership positions in multiple companies. Some of their notable roles include serving as the Human Resources Director - Consumer Division and Chief People Officer at Natra, the HUMAN RESOURCES GROUP DIRECTOR at Saica Group, and the Corporate Human Resources Director at ADVEO. Jose Ignacio has also worked in Human Resources positions at World Duty Free Group, Bacardi, Unilever, and The Dow Chemical Company. Throughout their career, Jose Ignacio has been responsible for managing HR strategies, manpower planning, organizational design, talent management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and internal communications. Jose Ignacio has also played a key role in driving cultural transformations and implementing change programs within organizations.

Jose Ignacio Gomez Zavala earned a Licenciado degree in Derecho from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they studied from 1982 to 1987. Jose Ignacio also completed an MBA in Asesoria Juridica de Empresas at IE Business School from 1987 to 1988.
