Tim Ballard has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim began their career as a teacher at Inlingua Napoli in 1997, followed by a teaching position at Teach In from 1998 to 1999. In 2000, they transitioned to the role of Media Planner at PHD Media, where they worked until 2003. Tim then joined BLM Quantum as an Account Manager from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, Tim became the Marketing Director at Portobello Food Company and held the position until 2007. From 2007 onward, Tim has been associated with Natoora, starting as Head of Marketing and progressing through various roles such as Head of Retail, Retail Director, Chief Brand Officer, Chief Retail Officer, and currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer.
Tim Ballard attended Ipswich School from 1992 to 1994. Tim then went on to study Economics at The University of Sheffield from 1994 to 1997. No specific degree was mentioned for their time at The University of Sheffield.
