Kathi Oswald has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Kathi started their career in 1988 at State Farm Insurance Company, where they held the role of Claim Service Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for various office tasks and provided support to associates involved in the claim handling process. Kathi worked in the Bodily Injury Unit, Property Damage Unit, and Subrogation departments. Kathi worked at State Farm Insurance Company until 2007.

Following their time at State Farm Insurance, Kathi joined Craftmasters as an Administrative Assistant from September 2007 to April 2008. Kathi then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Quality Insurance Repairs from April 2008 to October 2008.

Kathi also worked as a Claims Processor, responsible for processing claims. Kathi remained at Nationwide Insurance until 2017.

In 2017, Kathi joined National Interstate Insurance Company as a Product Filing Analyst, where they are currently employed.

Kathi Oswald received their Associates degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Berea High School, though no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
