Laurent Lagueny currently serves as Adjoint du COO at Natixis Partners since September 2021. Prior to this role, Laurent Lagueny spent over two decades at HSBC France, holding various positions including Head of Trade Finance Processing, where management of a 50-employee department focused on documentary credit and structured trade financing took place. Other roles included Head of Business Development for SME, managing a team of 15, and Regional Head of Business Development for Trade & Supply Chain, overseeing a smaller team in Paris. Laurent Lagueny also contributed to the Learning Department as a Senior Trainer and held multiple branch management positions, notably creating a branch focused on SMEs. In addition, Laurent Lagueny served on the Board of Directors of HSBC France from September 2019 to August 2021. Educational qualifications include a degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po, Paris, and a Baccalauréat B in Economics and Social Sciences.
