Corey Dodge

Vice President, Process Development at Native Microbials, Inc.

Corey Dodge has a wealth of experience in the biotechnology and academic fields. Corey'smost recent role is as an Adjunct Professor at Austin Community College, where they started in June 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Process Development at Native Microbials, Inc. from February 2023. Corey was also a Bioprocess Development Consultant in 2022 until January 2023.

From 2019 to 2022, Corey worked at Molecular Templates as the Director of Upstream Process Development. Corey was the Director of Process Development at Ascus Biosciences from 2016 to 2019.

Before that, Corey had a variety of roles at Verenium (now part of BASF), including Manager of Fermentation Technologies, Principal Scientist, and Senior Staff Scientist.

Corey started their career at Illumina as a Senior Process Engineer in 2011, and prior to that, they worked as a Scientist/Process Engineer at Synthetic Genomics from 2008 to 2011. Corey also had an Engineering Internship at BioMarin in 2006.

Corey began their career as a Research Assistant at Texas A&M University in 2000.

Corey Dodge received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued advanced education at the University of California, Davis, where they obtained their Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
