Tara Dolan, CIC, has extensive experience in the insurance and agricultural sectors, currently serving as a Territory Manager for MM General Industries at Nationwide since August 2017. In this role, Tara makes underwriting decisions based on agency performance and risk assessment. Previously, as a Program Technician for the USDA in Pocahontas County, Tara effectively managed various farm programs, significantly reducing nonpayment reports from 550 to 85 in 2016. Tara's career at Nationwide began in 2004, progressing through roles including Training Specialist and Sr Underwriter, where responsibilities encompassed training development and underwriting profitable growth in multiple states. Tara holds education credentials from University of Northern Iowa and Wartburg College.
