Jess L. currently serves as Partner at Nationwide Ventures, focusing on early-stage investments across various sectors such as fintech, insurtech, AI&ML, and more since 2023. Prior to this role, Jess was Senior Principal at Blue Ivy Ventures from 2020 to 2023, contributing to a venture capital fund for Yale alumni. Jess founded Good Deeds Collective in 2019 and held the position of Vice President at The Cathay Capital Group from 2012 to 2019, where the focus was on providing growth equity. Earlier experience includes serving as a Strategy Consultant for Women's World Banking Ghana and as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan. Jess earned a Master of Business Administration from Yale School of Management in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mount Holyoke College in 2008.
