Diane August is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Chief Learning Architect for Nationwide Insurance since September 2006, where expertise includes consulting with IT leadership to create targeted learning solutions for 6,000 IT associates. Concurrently, Diane has contributed as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Franklin University since 2002. Previously, from July 1987 to September 2006, Diane owned and operated August Training and Development, focusing on instructional design and eLearning development. Earlier career roles include Associate Director of Education at Riverside Methodist Hospital and Student Personnel Assistant at The Ohio State University. Diane holds a Master's degree in Education from The Ohio State University.
