Holly Draughn is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Property Performance Support at Columbus Hospitality Management since September 2019, where responsibilities include collaborating with General Managers and Sales Directors to enhance property performance through data analysis and strategic evolution. Previously, Holly held roles such as Hospitality Support Manager and Director of Sales at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, as well as Business Development Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Columbus. With a background in sales and operations management across various esteemed hotels, including The Crowne Plaza and Embassy Suites Dublin, Holly has consistently focused on building relationships within the Association, Government, Education, and Corporate markets. Holly's education includes studies at Columbus State Community College.
