Carlo Jacobs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Head of National Operations at Nationwide Group since June 2022, Carlo oversees the financial management and operational strategies of a $90 million business, leading a team of over 70 while ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. Prior to this, Carlo held various managerial roles at Ford Australia and Ford Motor Company, focusing on service operations and technical support across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia Pacific. Carlo’s career began at General Motors Middle East Operations, contributing significantly to vehicle reliability and quality. Carlo holds an MBA in Executive Management and a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from RMIT University.
