Alison Goss is an experienced human resources leader with a diverse background in organizational development and people management. Currently serving as the Head of People at Nationwide Group since November 2023, Alison has previously held significant roles, including Director of Organisational Development at Ambulance Victoria, where leadership involved enhancing workplace culture for approximately 5,000 professionals. Other notable positions include interim Executive Director of People & Culture at ME Bank, General Manager of Culture & Capability at Newcrest Mining, and Head of People & Capability at Schweppes Australia - Asahi Beverages. Alison's extensive expertise encompasses areas such as executive and leadership development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent management.
