Amanda Brown, DNP, RN, is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as the Nurse Educator Informatics Manager at Nationwide Children's Hospital since March 2016. Amanda has previously held positions such as RN Clinical Leader, Nurse Educator in Informatics, and Critical Care Float Nurse at the same institution. Additionally, Amanda contributed as Nursing Adjunct Faculty at Columbus State Community College in 2020 and worked as a Critical Care Nurse at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Amanda began a nursing career as a Student Nurse Assistant at The James Cancer Hospital & Solove Research Institute. Amanda holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Healthcare Systems Leadership and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Chamberlain University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University.
