Scott Sales is an experienced operations professional with a strong background in leadership and team development at Nationwide Building Society since January 2017. Currently holding the position of Operations Team Manager, Scott focuses on driving performance and identifying efficiency opportunities while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance productivity and create a positive work environment. Previous roles include Branch Manager and Deputy Branch Manager, where Scott successfully built high-performing, multi-skilled teams. Scott began the career journey as a Customer Representative at Nationwide Building Society from April 2013 to January 2014 and is an alumnus of Hailsham Community College.
