Lucy Denham is a Principal Design Researcher at Nationwide Building Society, where Lucy started in September 2023. Previously, Lucy spent over 11 years at Northumbrian Water as a Customer Research Manager, contributing to business strategy and service policy development based on customer needs. Lucy's career includes roles such as Communications Consultant for Options on a maternal and newborn survival program funded by DfID, and Senior Service Designer for Options UK, serving Local NHS Trusts. Other experiences encompass freelance positions in graphic design, product design, and brand strategy for various clients. Lucy holds an MSc in Strategic Marketing and a BA(Hons) in Design for Industry, complemented by a Market Research Society Diploma in Market and Social Research Practice.
