Madeleine Cazes has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. In 2012, they worked as a Product Development Intern at L'Oréal. In 2015, they interned as a Consulting Intern at CGI. In 2017, they interned as a United Nations - Updated Scientific Assessment Intern at the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity. In 2019, they joined BCW Global as an Issues & Public Affairs Intern, where they played a key role in delivering communication strategies and assisting in new business development. In the same year, they also started working at Project Associates UK as a Project Consultant, responsible for projects in the consulting field. Later, in 2020, they transitioned to the role of Account Consultant at Project Associates UK. Currently, they are working at NationBuilder as an Enterprise Account Manager, where they initially started as an Enterprise Account Manager and later promoted to the position of Senior Enterprise Account Manager.

Madeleine Cazes completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at McGill University from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Francais de New York from 2002 to 2014, where they obtained their Baccalaureate OIB. In terms of additional certifications, Madeleine received the SheCodes Basics certification from SheCodes Workshops in July 2021 and the TEFL/CELTA Qualification from Stafford House International in June 2016.
