Monika Harvey, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with a diverse background in operational management and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Emerging Initiatives at the National Quality Forum since January 2021, Monika has effectively established a standard work council and leads multiple project teams to ensure compliance and client deliverables. Previous experience includes roles at Airbus Americas, where Monika developed a strategic roadmap for digital transformation, and S&C Electric Company, where Monika led efforts to resolve quality issues and enhance the global supply chain. Monika's expertise also extends to consulting roles at Resources Global Professionals and Apex Systems, focusing on SAP implementations and integration within mergers and acquisitions, respectively. Monika holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Commerce and Marketing from DePaul University.
