Raimond T. has over 20 years of work experience in the banking and financial services industry. Raimond started their career as an IT Specialist at Inctas, where they worked at ABN AMRO Bank's Electronic Banking Unit. Raimond then joined Brunel as an IT Specialist, before moving on to LaSalle Bank, where they served as a Special Liaison between AAB Amsterdam and LaSalle in Chicago.
In 1999, Raimond T. returned to Brunel as a member of the IT team. Shortly afterwards, they joined ABN AMRO Bank N.V., initially as a Crisis Manager in GTS OPS, then transitioning to the role of Relationship Manager for various projects within Transaction Banking IT, including the CAESAR SAP Banking project. Raimond also served as a Service Delivery Manager in the Payments, SWIFT, and TBG-UK departments.
In 2013, Raimond T. joined Clear2Pay as a Regional Support & Service Manager for the EMEA region, overseeing their Open Payment Solution products. Raimond then moved to FIS as a Regional Support and Service Manager for EMEA, managing the 24x7 support organization.
In their most recent role, Raimond T. worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as an IT Run Specialist and Senior Capability Enabler for the Apollo program, focusing on moving business applications to the Microsoft managed public cloud solution Azure. Raimond also served as a Chapter Lead for OPS/Infra Cloud and as a DevOps Manager within the Payment domain at Nationale-Nederlanden.
Raimond T. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from the Amsterdam Academy for Banking and Finance in the period of 1991-1997. In 2012, they pursued a short-term course in Joomla at LearnIT. Furthermore, in 2009, they completed the Kepner Tregoe Fundamentals program. Raimond also participated in the ABN AMRO Management Development Programme from 2005 to 2006, completing modules on managerial responsibilities and roles, management through employee meetings and coaching, leadership and development of teams, and practice consultation for managers. Raimond attended a program on increasing impact and influence at ABN AMRO Learning & Development EMEA in 2005. Additionally, they completed a Prince2 Foundation course in 2001, and ITIL Service Management parts 1-4 in 2000-2001. Raimond also pursued the Microsoft MCSE program in 1998-1999, focusing on Networking Essentials and Supporting Windows 95. In recent years, they acquired certifications such as the Microsoft DevOps Dojo - White Belt - Masterclass in 2020, with a specialization in MS Azure, and the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022. Furthermore, Raimond obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in 2021 from Microsoft.
