Marije Scholma has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Marije is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Employee Experience & CSR at Nationale-Nederlanden. Earlier in their career, Marije worked as a Management Consultant at MSR Consulting Group Nederland, specializing in Customer Value Management in the automotive industry. Marije developed and implemented CRM strategies and loyalty programs for key players in the automotive industry.
Marije Scholma has a diverse education history. In 2016, they attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth for the Tuck Executive Program. Prior to that, they completed the Management Development Program at Nyenrode Business University in 2011. In the same year, they also obtained an International Executive Master in Corporate Communication from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Their earlier education includes a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Strategy from Radboud University, which they completed from 1998 to 2004. Before their university studies, they completed their undergraduate studies in Public Sciences at Leiden University from 1996 to 1997. Marije Scholma also has a high school degree from Philips van Horne SG Weert, which they obtained from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, they hold a Diploma de Español como lengua extranjera DELE B1 from Instituto Cervantes, though the exact year of completion is undisclosed.
