Hubert Chylik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Hubert started their career in 2014 as a Junior IT Administrator at Fundacja DKMS. In 2015, they worked as a Junior DevOps Engineer at Velocity / VLCT. Hubert then joined Accenture as a Brand Ambassador in 2014-2015. In 2016, they began working at PwC Polska as a Consultant - Java Developer and later became a Dev Team Lead - Java/Kotlin Developer. In 2020, they joined PZU as a Senior Software Developer. Currently, Hubert is working at Nationale-Nederlanden Polska as a Senior Software Engineer and recently transitioned into the role of Software Engineering Lead in June 2022.

Hubert Chylik received a Magister (Mgr) degree in Informatyka from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Hubert also obtained an Inżynier (Inż.) degree in Informatyka from the Military University of Technology, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, Certified Blockchain Developer - Hyperledger, MongoDB Certified Developer, Professional Scrum Master, Spring Professional v4.3, and Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer.
