Rachel Bear has over a decade of experience in the education sector, currently serving as the Director of Professional Learning at the National Writing Project since 2015. Previously, Rachel held the positions of Associate Director and Senior Program Associate at the same organization. Prior to this, Rachel was a Secondary English Teacher at Boise School District from August 2008 to August 2015.
