Anita Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational leadership and marketing communications, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the National Wood Flooring Association since 2001. In this role, Anita assists the President & CEO in setting goals and policies, providing operational leadership, and overseeing marketing and trade show efforts. Previous positions at the association include Senior Director of Communications & Events and Communications Director, where Anita managed various departments and developed strategic communication plans. Prior to joining the association, Anita held the role of Director of Marketing Communications at Boatmen's Trust Company and served as Communications Manager at C&B Consulting Group, Inc. Anita's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in English from Towson University.
