Patt Dorsey is currently the Director of Conservation Operations for the Mountain West region at The National Wild Turkey Federation, a position held since February 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Southwest Regional Manager for Colorado Parks and Wildlife from February 2013 to February 2019 and as Area Wildlife Manager for the State of Colorado from September 2003 to February 2013. Patt's extensive background also includes tenure as an Area Wildlife Manager and Hunter Education Administrator with the Colorado Division of Wildlife from 1991 to 2009, where management of volunteer educators contributed significantly to hunter education efforts, resulting in about 17,000 annual graduates. Patt has also served as a speaker for the Izaak Walton League from 1998 to 2008. Educationally, Patt Dorsey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University, completed between 1979 and 1985.
