Alia Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alia currently works as an International Client Services Representative II at National Western Life since November 2020. Previously, they worked as a Design Coordinator at Flooring Services from January 2018 to November 2020. In 2017, they interned at Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas as a Marketing Intern, where they assisted the marketing team in achieving goals, grew social media following, and responded to guest inquiries. From July 2016 to August 2017, they interned at Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where they assisted in organizing and executing various chamber events. As a College Program Intern at The Walt Disney Company from August 2015 to January 2016, they worked in Quick Service Food and Beverage, ensuring accurate order taking and cash handling. Prior to that, they interned as a Social Media Intern at CIBER at McCombs from May 2015 to August 2015, where they managed social media accounts and developed guidelines. Alia also had experience as an Administrative Assistant at Red Framing from June 2013 to May 2015, handling information processing and invoice management. Their earliest work experience was as a Work Study at Texas Executive Education @ McCombs from September 2010 to May 2015, where they performed front desk tasks and data entry.

Alia Hernandez completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin from 2010 to 2016. Alia also completed another Bachelor's Degree during the same period in Physical Culture and Sports from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, Alia obtained certifications in FLMI Level 1 from LOMA in June 2022 and completed an internship through the Disney College & International Program with the Walt Disney Company in January 2016.
