Mike Ganaway has extensive experience in the eyewear industry, with a focus on merchandising and sales. Mike worked as the Director of Merchandising- Spectacle Lenses & Optical Accessories at National Vision Inc., where they were responsible for sourcing products for retail locations across the US and Puerto Rico. Prior to that, they were a Merchandising Manager at the same company.

Before their time at National Vision Inc., Mike was a Sales Consultant at Marcolin, where they successfully turned around a declining territory and achieved growth. Mike also worked as a Territory Sales Manager at Hoya Vision Care, where they developed strong relationships with retail partners and implemented successful sales plans.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Sales Consultant at Marchon Eyewear, where they significantly increased sales and managed numerous accounts. Mike also served as a Senior Merchandising Manager at Sight Resource Corporation, where they increased gross margins and oversaw product sourcing.

Mike's experience also includes working at Luxottica as an Associate Buyer, Senior Buyer, and Inventory Planner, with responsibilities including vendor negotiations, product development, sales forecasting, merchandising, and inventory management. Their leadership talents were recognized with a nomination to Luxottica's internal executive-in-training program.

Mike Ganaway has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Auburn University.
