Abby Adams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and innovation. Currently serving as the Director of Product, Innovation at National Veterinary Associates since July 2024, Abby has previously held key positions such as Principal Product Manager and Senior Product Manager at Embark Veterinary from June 2021 to July 2024. Prior to that, Abby worked at Wayfair as Associate Director of Service Innovation and Senior Manager from September 2018 to February 2021, and at Liberty Mutual Insurance as Senior Manager from September 2017 to September 2018. Abby has also gained valuable experience as a Summer Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance and as a Senior Analyst at Analysis Group from July 2011 to June 2015. Abby holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
