Dale Ton is an Appellate Attorney with experience at National Veterans Legal Services Program, Legal Aid of North Carolina, and Chisholm Chisholm & Kilpatrick LTD. Prior to this, they served as a Student Law Clerk and Intern Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Additionally, they worked as a JAG Extern at Fort Jackson Office of the Staff Judge Advocate. Dale holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from California State University, Fullerton.
