Teresa Duncan, PhD, serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships Military, Veterans, and Defense Industry at National University since September 2024. Previously, Teresa held the position of Exam Administrator for the Resilience-Building Leader Program from January 2021 to September 2024, and as the Director of Military Programs for External Education at Cornell University from August 2020 to September 2024. Teresa's prior experience includes serving as Senior Advisor to both the Provost and the Dean of Academics at Army University, Commandant of the Noncommissioned Officer Academy, and Command Sergeant Major for the 8th Military Police Brigade. Teresa's educational background includes a PhD in Education with a focus on Leadership in Higher Education from Northcentral University, an MS in Criminal Justice from Saint Leo University, and multiple certificates from Cornell University and Harvard University.
