Rory Cooper currently serves as the Volunteering and Community Manager at the National Trust, focusing on strategic planning and implementation of volunteer initiatives while coaching colleagues. With extensive experience in various roles, Rory has contributed to organizations such as the AdAmi Project, supporting expectant and young mothers in Sierra Leone, and the Legal Ombudsman, where responsibilities included impartial dispute resolution and investigation of legal complaints. Previous positions include Health and Social Care Senior Manager at CommUNITY Barnet, overseeing COVID-19 response services, and Volunteer Manager at Changing Faces, managing Skin Camouflage Service clinics and volunteer recruitment. Rory holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Exeter and has engaged in numerous volunteer capacities throughout a diverse career aimed at community support and social justice.
