Rich's career also encompasses diverse experiences in the travel and hospitality sectors, including leadership roles at Flight Centre and Village Hotels. Rich holds a BSc in Hospitality Management from the University of Plymouth and is currently pursuing a Senior Leaders Apprenticeship at the University of Wolverhampton.
