Kate Varah has an extensive professional background, currently serving as the Executive Director at National Theatre. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Executive Director at The Old Vic and also worked as a Consultant at an Arts/Charity Consultancy. With a background in employment law, Kate has experience as a Business Development Director at Chickenshed Theatre and as a Community Investment Manager at Linklaters. Kate holds a 2:1 BA Hons from the University of Oxford in Theology and is currently pursuing a degree in Strategic Perspectives in Nonprofit Management at Harvard Business School.
