Ricardo (Rick) Torres serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for ACT and holds the position of President & CEO at the National Student Clearinghouse since December 2007. In addition, Torres is involved with several organizations, including Achieving the Dream and Brightpoint Community College as a Board Member, and getcontrol.net, providing strategic guidance since 2002. Previously, Torres was a Board Member for the National College Attainment Network and Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy, and served in various roles including President at RDT Holdings and Chief Operating Officer at BestPractices, Inc. Educated at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business with an MBA in Finance and Manhattan College, where a BS in Marketing and Management was achieved, Torres brings extensive experience in leadership and consulting across multiple sectors.
