Bisrate Dinka is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at National Student Clearinghouse since October 2015, Bisrate has previously held significant positions at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Engineer and Software Consultant, SRA as a Senior Software Engineer, and Noblis as a Lead Engineer. Earlier in the career, Bisrate worked at Raytheon - Virtual Technology Corporation, Rivermine Software, Inc., and Deloitte Consulting, among others.
