Adam Pearce has a diverse work experience in the field of care and support. Adam started their career at Hft in 2013, where they held various roles including Community Inclusion Facilitator and Senior Community Inclusion Facilitator. In 2016, they were promoted to Registered Cluster Manager, overseeing a cluster of services for adults with learning disabilities. Under their leadership, the service improved from an 'inadequate' rating to 'good'. In 2017, Adam joined National Star as the Day Service Manager, responsible for managing a large day service for young adults with disabilities. During their tenure, the provision tripled in size, and the campus received outstanding ratings from both CQC and OFSTED. Recently, in November 2021, Adam was appointed as the Head of Care and Support at National Star.
Adam Pearce has a diverse education history. Adam started their academic journey at the University of Bristol from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Certificate of Higher Education in Law. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, they attended PDM Training and earned a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care. In 2015, they enrolled at Kiwi Training and completed a Level 3 Diploma in the same field. Lastly, from 2016 to 2018, they attended Sparsholt College Hampshire and graduated with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care.
