Tyla B. has extensive experience in customer service and education. Currently employed as a Cashier Customer Service at National Sports since March 2014, Tyla greets customers, addresses inquiries and complaints, manages cash transactions, and provides product information. Previous educational roles include serving as a Student Teacher at Halton District School Board and Peel District School Board, where Tyla assisted students with learning disabilities and implemented engaging activities for Kindergarten learners. Tyla's background also includes work as a Special Education Assistant at Hope Autism Foundation, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and as an Early Childhood Educator at YMCA of Greater Toronto. Tyla holds a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from Lakehead University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Guelph-Humber.
