Mario P. Fields is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and career facilitation. As the Founder and President of Still Serving, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to youth development, Mario demonstrates a commitment to community support. Currently serving as a DOL Employment Facilitator at National Sourcing, Inc., Mario has successfully led over 500 employment workshops to assist Service Members and their families in transitioning to civilian careers. In addition, Mario is a member of the Board of Advisors for Parade Deck, providing strategic insights and fostering connections to drive organizational success. Mario’s prior service as a Senior Executive Consultant with the US Marine Corps highlights a strong background in cultivating significant domestic and international partnerships. Mario holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Management from Park University.
