Stephen Figueroa possesses extensive experience in contract management, beginning as a Contract Specialist with the U.S. Army PEO STRI from July 2013 to February 2015, followed by a role as a Contract Officer at the U.S. Army Contracting Command until June 2021. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Manager at NSTXL, Stephen has also held the positions of Contracts Manager and Acquisition Specialist. Prior to entering the field of contracting, Stephen was the Owner and Operator of Reliable Window Tinting from October 2004 to August 2014, specializing in automotive, commercial, and residential window tinting. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Columbia College, earned between 2009 and 2011.
