Doug Crowe serves as the Vice President of Program Management for S2MARTS OTA at NSTXL, a position held since March 2022. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, where Doug Crowe held multiple leadership roles, including Maritime Electronic Warfare Division Manager and Command Lead Customer Advocate, from June 1983 to March 2022. Doug Crowe's academic background includes a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, along with initial education at the United States Air Force Academy.
