Ashley Carter is an experienced professional in contracts and acquisition strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Contracts & Acquisition Strategy at NSTXL since December 2020. Previous roles at NSTXL include Director of Contracts, Acquisition Manager, and Acquisition Specialist. Prior to NSTXL, Ashley worked at the U.S. Army Contracting Command as a Contract Specialist from September 2013 to December 2020. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant for the Associate Provost at the University of Louisville and working as an Acquisition Specialist at URS Corporation. Earlier in the career, Ashley held the position of Contract Specialist at L3 Technologies. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Central Florida.
