Machel Rucker is an experienced Project Controls Engineer at NSTec since June 2008, specializing in evaluating project positions, tracking progress, and ensuring timely project completion. Previously, Machel served as a Nuclear Cost Engineer at Southern California Edison from March 2002 to June 2008, overseeing $15 million in capital projects and performing a wide range of responsibilities, including risk assessment, cost estimating, and earned value management. Machel began the career as a Project Analyst, coordinating report preparation and data analysis.
