Hayden Bates has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Hayden currently holds the position of NRTC Mobile - VP Finance and Operations at NRTC since September 2020. Prior to that, Hayden worked at Owens Corning as a Plant Controller from January 2020 to October 2020 and as a Financial Analyst II from January 2019 to January 2020. Additionally, Hayden worked at Telispire as a Financial Analyst from March 2014 to January 2019.

Hayden Bates earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a concentration in Finance, General from Midwestern State University in 2014. Additionally, Hayden completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the same university from 2014 to 2016.
