Dmitry Vetrov is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in the field of applied mathematics and Bayesian methods. Currently serving as a Leading Researcher at Yandex since September 2016, Dmitry also holds the position of Research Professor and Head of the Bayesian Methods Research Group at the National Research University - Higher School of Economics since March 2014. Prior roles include Associate Professor and Head of the Bayesian Methods Research Group at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology from September 2015 to August 2016, and Head of the Bayesian Methods Research Group at Moscow State University from January 2008 to August 2015. Dmitry Vetrov earned a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and has an educational background from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
