Sue Sturnieks, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at National Renewable Solutions since April 2023. Previously, Sue held the position of Sr. Employee Relations Manager at Deluxe from January 2019 to October 2022, where responsibilities included providing proactive employee relations support to numerous HR Business Partners and leaders across North America. Additional roles at Deluxe included Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Manager, focusing on team collaboration and performance management. Prior experience at SUPERVALU involved leading HR functions for a large distribution center, while earlier tenure at Breakthru Beverage included directing HR operations for a considerable workforce. Sue holds a BS in Business Administration / Industrial Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an AAS in Paralegal from Pacific Coast College.
