Rashaad Pelt currently serves as the Group Manager for Site Services at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory since August 2023. Prior experiences include various roles at The Clorox Company from October 2018 to May 2023, culminating in the position of Assistant Plant Manager at the Atlanta West facility. Earlier positions also include Area Manager at Merch by Amazon and Woot, Inc., as well as Senior Front Line Leader at Abbott. Rashaad spent nearly eight years at MillerCoors as a Senior Process Leader. Rashaad holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, completed in 2007.
