Chantal Tropea has a diverse work experience. Chantal most recently worked as a Training Lead for the Electronic Patient Record Project at the National Rehabilitation Hospital. Prior to that, they were an Exam Invigilator at VICTVS and an Application Trainer (Trakcare) at NRH Dublin.
Chantal has also worked at Accenture as a Prevalence Risk Agent and a Platform Experience New Associate, specializing in Indonesian. Chantal worked as an Italian Language Lecturer at both Universitas Trisakti and Universitas Negeri Jakarta.

Chantal Tropea earned a Laurea Magistrale LM degree in Lingue e Civiltà Orientali from Università di Napoli L'Orientale from 2016 to 2020. From 2018 to 2019, they studied as an exchange student at the University of Indonesia, focusing on Indonesian/Malay Language and Literature. Prior to that, they completed a laurea triennale in Lingue e Culture Orientali e Africane from Università di Napoli L'Orientale between 2013 and 2016. Additionally, they were an exchange student at Yogyakarta State University in 2015, specializing in Indonesian Language and Culture.
In terms of additional certifications, Chantal Tropea obtained various project management certifications from Coursera, including PRINCE2 Agile® Project Management Certifications, Project Execution: Running the Project, Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project, Foundations of Project Management, Google Project Management | Specialization, and Project Planning: Putting It All Together. Chantal also completed the "Thriving Together" certification from Thrive Global in 2022.
